Here in TNG we believe that everyone is welcome here until they make themselves unwelcome. We discriminate nowhere, exclude no one, and treat everyone in our community with respect. So now that you know our criteria, here's how to recruit.

1. Mass Recruiting

     a. Play between 5-7 games on Xbox Live

     b. Check your recent players list until it has at least 40-45 players online.

     c. Create a recruiting message saying that you're looking for more members to join TNG. preferably text.

     d. Select every recent player on the list and send the message.

     e. Ignore and delete negative responses. Respond to the positive messages telling them to add your division tag and register at tngnetwork.com

2. Selective Recruting

     a. Go into a game on Xbox Live.

     b. Play the game and talk to your teammates and have fun with them.

     c. Ask the players that you got along with to party up or join your party.

     d. Play between 3-5 matches with them.

     e. After the 3rd or 5th game ask them if they would like to become a member of your clan, TNG.

     f. If they agree to join, tell them to add your division tag and register at tngnetwork.com
